On the photo front ... If you check out the link to my photo album you will find the photos of the New Zealand portion of the trip have been uploaded and some commentary added ... whew !!! I am starting on the Cooks Island portion now but hopefully it won't take me a long.
On the health front ... slowly but surely. Still tired and lethargic but everyone keeps telling me to go with so I am. I met with a new therapist ... and no not a head shrink although most of you may argue with me about that need!!! LOL ... this guy specializes in lymphatic drainage. More common in Europe, most patients get pre and post op treatments while in the hospital. Between anestethia, various drugs, stress, etc over the past year or so my body has been in distress and recently it has started screaming at me in some new fashions. I spare you the details, although compare to the surgery info it's nothing, but suffice to say I'm experiencing a variety of bloating, fullness & discomfort higher in my abdomen and under the ribs ... not life shattering ... just not comfortable. In any case I figure I better start addressing this health stuff while I can and stop ignoring some of the signs my body is throwing at me to wake me up. Need to get up and go some more.
My plan for the next week is to get up 30 min earlier each day ... must set alarm ... and get outside for a walk. Hopefully my enthusiasm won't be killed by my procrastinating lazy ass!!! LOL
Easter's on the way ... which means so is my dad & his wife. It will be interesting but at least they're staying with my brother. I feel bad for his new girlfriend Rose, hopefully she holds out.
