It's 33 degrees today ... unusually hot for Christchurch.
Did some touring, shopping, wandering, etc.
Walked through Hagley Park ... second only to Central Park, NY. Beautiful.
Population is approx 400,000 in the area but you wouldn't know it. Maybe because it's a weekday however it is summer. Not too busy.
Picked up some literature from the tourist center for our trip as well. So many options, not enough time.
Tomorrow morning we head out early as we embark on our self-driving tour. First destination in Dunedin.

Wow - sounds a lot better than HERE, although the snow finally did stop eventually in the wee hours of Monday morning. You WERE lucky to get your flight out of here.... Sounds divine - totally jealous, as usual..... Can't wait to see what kind of Xmas card this trip will bring us!
