Under the knife time

The day is almost upon us.
Tomorrow morning I check in for my surgery.
Hopefully all goes well and nothing unexpected is found.
Most of you know it's been a year of ups and downs.  Shortly after my mom's death I found out that I had ovarian cysts.   No big deal, lots of women have them, except the first gyno I went to wanted a full hysterectomy without further tests, consults, nothing  ... just because I was over 40 and in his words didn't need the plumbing anyways .... men!!!
Anyways after months of denial, hiding, then pushing (thanks to Jill), I got more testing, saw a specialist and immediate surgery was determined not to be necessary.
My new gyno is great.  Did some more tests to monitor and things look good but she wants to do a "look see" to make sure and do a couple of fun things to address some of the menstrual issues I've been struggling with for most of my life.
Tomorrow is laporscopic, so day surgery only.  I will hopefully be home by dinner time, not that I'll be feeling like eating.  My freezer if full with soups I've made, I've got muffins in the tin, jello & gingerale in the fridge .... I think I've got it covered.  Plus I'm stocked up on books and my PVR is stacking up as well.
That's it for now.  I'll update in a few days when I make it back down to the computer.  Hopefully I'll get some more pictures uploaded.  There are a few hundred or so done.  So feel free to start perusing.
